Lost Shapewear Guarantee
If the shapewear is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new one at absolutely no charge to you.
Shapewear Damage
If your shapewear arrives damaged or defective in any way, we guarantee a full resolution for you. We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference. To ensure a smooth and quick resolution, please notify us of any damage within 14 days from the date of delivery.
